I think it's just aesthetic similarities from the usage of runic imagery. But we do know that the game has Celtic (and probably also Scandinavian) influences when it comes to some of the visual design and that portions of the Elden Ring are called Great Runes, so it could be related to that, or maybe meant to symbolize the cavernous altar area we see in the announcement trailer.

I think 28 is aberrant, where the central rod is a staff and the ring represents the bloody vines that wrap around the staff as you cast aberrant sorcery. Kind of a long shot though. Edit: interesting tangent bc its not a tattoo, but i realized as I looked into these symbols that the two fingers symbol looks like the flowers on.
